A key part of this evolution involves the closure of our media wing's office in Tel Aviv (OBN Digital). This was a deliberate, strategic decision driven by shifting priorities and geopolitical considerations. Rather than a step back, it marks a focused realignment to better serve our global ambitions.
As a result, our marketing director and key team functions are now being relocated to our new hub in São Paulo, Brazil. This vibrant city Brazil's economic powerhouse has become the central in-person headquarters for OBN Digital outside of Abu Dhabi. The entire media team, responsible for global press relations, paid marketing campaigns, e-commerce solutions, and branded content, is now operating under one roof in our state-of-the-art space in the iconic Edifício Morumbi.
This consolidation integrates our media and communications capabilities more closely with core operations, allowing for faster execution, stronger regional insights, and enhanced collaboration across Latin America. São Paulo's dynamic market, talented workforce, and strategic position make it the ideal base to accelerate growth and deliver even greater value to our clients worldwide.
